Training Equipment Introduction:
The industrial automation network training platform is researched and
developed based on a fully integrated automation PLC control system.
The industrial automation training platform is a comprehensive training
device for higher education and vocational and technical education,
suitable for electromechanical integration and automation professional
teaching in vocational schools and relevant professional and technical
personnel training. This system can be used as both an automation and
network teaching training system. It can also be combined with subsystems to create a network
classroom and serve as a teacher machine.
The DLGK-SIMND industrial automation network training platform,
with automation network communication training as the main body,
integrates training content in electrical, power traction, PLC, frequency
converters, touch screens, etc., to realize resource sharing and optimize
experimental teaching management.
The system is based on a three-layer network structure:
The first layer is “enterprise management,” using Standard PLC for
computer remote management and scheduling.
The second layer is the “process monitoring layer,” with Standard PLC
as a system master station, communicating with the first layer Standard
PLC through industrial Ethernet communication.
The third layer is the “field control layer,” mainly including Standard
PLC, frequency converter, touch screen, and expanded I/O, through
PROFIBUS-DP bus communication with the second layer.
