1. Aluminium Profile Modular Rack System (Table Top)
• Aluminium profile modular flat demo panel rack system (table
top) carrying various components housed in plastic enclosures
(panels) to minimize shock possibility in top two rows.
• The bottom two rows hold a wooden door with different
sensors mounted on it.
2. Input Supply Panel: 1 Phase AC & 12VDC/3A
• DC Multi Output power supply.
• Will supply DC power to neighbouring signal conditioning
circuit panels like EMT9, CIPI, CIP2, MIT12, CE7 etc. through 20 pin FRC cable.
• Will provide 1 Ph. AC supply through 3 MCB’s, 4A each to
power up other panels in the rack.
• Optionally Multichannel 4 position DPM for Speed, Torque etc.
3. Lamp Panel
• Incandescent lamp (15W) = 3 no
• Bulb ON-OFF switch for each bulb.
4. Relay Panel
• 8 nos. of LED Indicators.
• 8 nos. of relay with coil rating of 12VDC & contact rating of 220VAC/1A.
5. PIR Motion Sensor Panel
• Passive infrared sensor
• Relay output contact with load 1200W max (GLS lamp),
600W max (CFL, TL)
• Supply voltage: 230VAC
• Detection angle: 150 degree
• Detection range: 1-5 meters
• Present for Lux level 10 lux to 2000 lux, time 20 sec to 20
min, sensitivity setting present under the cover.
6. Ultrasonic Motion Sensor Panel

electronic or magnetic fluorescent ballast

7. Window Safety Sensor Panel

sensing distance of 300mm, emitter source of red LED,
NPN open collector output with max load current of 100mA.
• Through beam photo sensor with 12–24VDC operated,
sensing distance of 10 meters, emitter source of
red LED, NPN open collector output with max load
current of 100mA.
• Magnetic reed switches with NC contact rating of
12VDC/100mA, sensing distance of 25mm.
